01. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ta44 platform and all services included within it. When you visit the ta44 website, create an account, or use any service, you agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms shall be considered a legally binding agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

02. User Eligibility & Age Limit

To open an account and use any service on the ta44 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a natural person; operating an account on behalf of a corporate or other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must confirm that you are playing under your own name, with your own information, and using your own funds.

• Anyone whose account was previously closed or suspended by ta44 may not open a new account.

03. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on ta44, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect that someone is using your account without authorization, notify the ta44 support team immediately.

3.4 Verification Process

ta44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and source of funds at any time. If the required documents (such as a national identity card or other government-issued ID) are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended.

04. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ta44 have the opportunity to receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To claim the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 worth of bets to be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses are only usable within the ta44 platform.
• A promotion can be claimed only once per account.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device are not permitted.
• ta44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

Loyal ta44 members can receive weekly cashback across four VIP tiers: up to 0.2% at Bronze tier, up to 0.5% at Silver tier, up to 0.8% at Gold tier, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Platinum tier. VIP tier advancement depends on active participation on the platform.

05. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ta44 currently processes transactions via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply for each method.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 (for each method).
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 1 hour.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal amount will be sent only to the user's own registered payment number.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory to withdraw winnings earned from bonuses.
• ta44 may request additional verification documents if needed, and failure to provide them may delay the withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

6.2 Circumstances for Bet Cancellation
